Shipping Policy
At GB Tech Supply, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-demand periods, product launches, promotions, or supplier delays, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Since some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers or fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability.
Estimated delivery time:
United States and Puerto Rico: 7 to 20 business days
International orders: 10 to 30 business days, depending on the country and customs processing
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email when available. Tracking information may take a few days to update after the package has been shipped.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This can happen when products come from different suppliers or warehouses. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, supplier delays, or warehouse delays.
GB Tech Supply is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect customer information.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. GB Tech Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building management first.
GB Tech Supply is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, you may contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or charges required by their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
